Caroline started her career in financial services as an advisor and progressed to become South East England business development manager for two leading independent mortgage providers. Her interest in market research was sparked by working for Gartner and since then she has held senior roles at Viewpoint Services and then at M3 Global Research, where she was Business Development Director overseeing qualitative and quantitative research projects for B2B and B2C clients.

Caroline is passionate about the service that she delivers to her clients. She set up FieldworkHub because she felt there was a gap in the market for a London-based research boutique that has the experience to take on all aspects of fieldwork projects across multiple countries, but is nimble enough to turn around projects quickly, and dedicated to providing top-quality client support.

Whether your project is large or small, Caroline and her team take time to understand your requirements, give you the convenience of a single point of contact and then go the extra mile to deliver outstanding participant recruitment and research services on every project.
